why must they wait until january to lower the electricity tariffs............????
if they are sincere and determined to do the right thing, they can DO IT NOW.............
the system is man-made ......... so please dun hang on to this rigid system and wait until january..... and it's only NOVEMBER...........
if a quarterly revision is too slow to react to market condition, scrap IT......
do it now.......... do the right thing...........
