i found it interesting that in malaysia:
a court has ordered the government, specifically the Home Minister, to release RPK from detention under the ISA..... the court also determined that his detention was UNLAWFUL...... most importantly the justifications for his detention fell outside the scope of the ISA......
lesson here? the law is a powerful weapon but in order to be effective, one should always apply the right or most appropriate law....
detaining RPK under the ISA wasnt too smart in the first place....
