new place new systems new people usually mean cockup (sooner or later).....

i am sure the ang mo wanted to avoid what happened to RWS: the crowds, the delays etc.... and indeed the soft opening passed without much issues.......

but then, no matter how one tries, things can still cockup....

and now it's even worse..... blackouts, no aircon, no hotwater, no toilet flushing.............. all during the inaugural high-profile event......

RWS must be laughing right now.......

laugh at people? one must be prepared to be laughed at......
