just 2 cents?
i cant help but suspect that top executives in oil companies are retarded in their response at certain times of the year......
they are ever so quick to raise pump prices whenever possible....
but when it comes to price revisions to reflect a softer oil market, they take their own sweet time..... and the margins are always so stingy.....
balls to them..... 2 cents a little?
