basic video cam?

before i decide which one to get, might as well list down my features-list for a HD video cam:

a.        price should be less than $400

b.        must be capable of 1080p HD video

c.        able to stand on on its own without support/tripod: those tall and thin type need not apply

d.        able to take still pics of at least 2 MP

e.        comes with at least 4 gb of memory (internal or external)

f.        comes with continuous autofocus

g.        preferably with 3 x optical zoom

h.        preferably with lens that rotate/turn

on the other hand, how about a digital still camera that takes HD video?....... now a high pixel digital still camera has a bigger and better lens which should translate into better video performance ..... right?
