if no overtaking is allowed, then the green flag / beacon should never be displayed....

it's as simple as ABC......

the FIA stewards are the people who look stupid.......

now if the rules say that no overtaking is allowed on the last lap when the SC is out, then the yellow flag should remain...............

by giving MSC a 20 seconds penalty, the stewards are the dumb ass this time.......
