Sometimes I think... Why are carpark charges in singapore so complicated??
A few charge one rate for the first hour & another rate for subsequent quarter, half or a full hour....
Why don't they all go for a per minute rate which is fair & transparent...
Another pet peeve is about per entry charge (usually after office hours)... If one is to park for 30 minutes, why is it necessary to pay a full per entry charge???
Don't make sense at all...
