haha.... i cant remember what was the last case where vandals had struck at speed cameras.... it must have been a long time ago....
and now, another vandal(s) have done it......
let's see if the police can catch this person.... or persons.....
anyway, the one at holland road is too vulnerable.... as compared to the rest situated at highways......
perhaps they should mount the cameras higher..... just like the red-light cameras......
so the question is.... why are red-light cameras mounted so high and yet speed cameras are at such a level..??
