Malaysia implements 20-litre fuel cap on foreign vehicles
"Mr Ismail said his ministry would be stationing officers at 493 petrol kiosks at border areas to ensure that operators adhere to the 20-litre cap ruling."
Either they have too much time on their hands or they have too many people sitting around waiting to be deployed.....
It's a absolutely senseless thing to do......

each car pay the fellow 10 ringgit to close one eye for him to pump full.... that fellow will be rich in no time.....

so when we come back from KL the next time we have to make another stop at pagoh or machap to pump full. so upon reaching 2nd link, we need less than 20 litres.
