finally the verdict at the court of appeal is out.... and so LV has lost their case upon citychain's appeal.....
this certainly proved a point that it can be extremely tough to claim "ownership" of a design unless the copy is blatant....
now we can all rest assured that not all flower monograms are created equal haha.....
