this is a piece of interesting development.............. LV is suing city chain, the owner of solvil et titus watches.... LV as in louis vuitton, the luxury powerhouse.....
now the question before the high court is......... how SIMILAR are the 2 flower designs ..??? so similar that consumers may be confused...... or potentially could be confused.....

fact is the flower quatrefoil and flower quatrefoil diamond are LV trademarks..... so the next question is, can anyone else use a 4-petal flower design on their products.......???? how different must the flowers be in order not to infringe on LV trademarks..????
haha maybe maybe there is the slightest chance people could be confused by the flower designs......... but no way will they be confused about the prices for LV watches ......
will LV customers be put off by the existence of solvil et titus watches..???
