Since almost everyone has an opinion on how to run a cab company, maybe we should have a local version of a game that simulates our taxi transport system.....
And what will be your first concern? Profits? Social welfare? Staff earnings and welfare?
Will you apply a surcharge or many kinds of surcharge?
What will be the flag down fare you choose..?? How about the booking fees, advance booking fees etc?
Most importantly is how much will you price the daily rental..??
Later on you simply realise that things are not as simple as it is.... Which often is the case.......
