well if SMA cant issue any guidelines for charges..... it's still not the end of the road......
SMA can just advise each doctor in private practice to publicise their charges in the open.......... then each doctor can do it on their own if they wish to.........
so just paste it at the door for people to see .........
it's that simple.....
