oh come on, it's such a headache when a product goes bad..... and the service centre is only available on weekdays during office hours...

this means that the customer has to take at least a half day vacation leave to send the item down..... and then another half day to collect.....

what a chore huh....???

a service centre should function to service customers' requirements........... not as an OFFICE....

how would you feel if the police station is open from 9 to 5 on weekdays only???
