budget cap...

so the FIA wants to implement a budget cap.......... 

do you think this will work?? maybe......

i wonder what if FIFA puts a budget cap (excluding salaries etc) on football teams...... haha, that will really be something.....

then all the expensive transfer fees will disappear....?
