when the authorities allow foreign workers to drive on the roads, what can we expect..???
should we expect basic competency? HAA..... wait till you see one in action.....
seriously i have no idea how some of these foreign workers obtain a valid driving licence..... when they do not observe lane discipline, they speed indiscriminately in their overloaded lorries/trucks and so on....
bad things are just waiting to happen........
if one is driving on the left lane, how can you hit anything on the road shoulder..???
unless the driver fell asleep, was distracted, did not observe lane discipline........... i have no idea what happened......
