yeah yeah..... been slow on updates cos i was kinda busy these 2 days...........
went to play football in the evening today............ now so tired....... here ache there ache........ haha cos have not been having regular exercise for much too long......... well after that i really need 100 plus....... a nice cold drink.......
a nice shower is also just the perfect thing to have............... or how about a soak in the bath-tub.....
