is there a force or are the forces playing a part to push up prices for almost everything we need under the sun....????

why are oil prices rising so much.......... is it purely a surging demand....??? or is it due to the weak US dollar......?? instead of staying calm, panic is setting in .... pushing prices to beyond us$120..... crazy.....

if this goes on, we will need rationing soon........

ah so what's new..... another black watch, so my friend said........ it's almost becoming too predictable...... make it all black and declare it limited.... and viola! they expect everyone to rush to the shops to get one...????

obviously the DLC (diamond-like coating) is tough and attractive but too many black watches have diluted the appeal ......

i cant remember how many of these i have encountered recently......... way too many.....

it's bad when one is deemed the followers instead of being the trend-setter... sigh

why is the crown on the dial shaped as such...?? looks more like chicken feet than the rolex crown....!!!

regulator anyone...????

regulator watches, which present time in separate hour and minute dials, are usually less popular with watch lovers........

maybe it's that classic way of telling time..... ? anyway these watches have their place in history...... and a notable few manufacturers are still making them...... chronoswiss, sinn come to mind.....

the alpine regulator is available in the market for quite some time but this one is unique.... inside beats a true manufacture movement..... something that alpine is very proud of......

it looks pretty good........ i find the dial design much more contemporary than classic........... especially the luminova coated hour markers.....

i like this little piece by Dr Winston Lee..... in short irresponsibility is anti-social behaviour......

one should always be responsible ....... for his own safety and also others'...... whether they are a driver, pedestrian or any other road user..... everyone must play their part......

never assume the driver would stop at a zebra crossing...... never assume that the old lady would not step off the road divider...... never assume the kid would not run across the road...... never assume the lady would not stop to recover her shoe..........

anything can happen..... never assume.....

LTA and NETS: who's @ fault.....

either LTA or NETS should refund all motorists who paid up the $10 administration fee......!!! those that paid up must be compensated .......especially for something not their fault....

for those people who feel that seatbelts are uncomfortable..... well, nothing else matters if one is dead.....

what's wrong with the weather...?? or is there anything wrong with mother earth...??? it's been scorching hot HOT HOT these few days...... well in fact for more than a couple of weeks already??? i cant remember....

we need rain....errr i mean the rain drops falling from the sky.... not that korean guy ....... rain and storm to wash away the heat........ sigh.... meanwhile can only depend on aircon........ but that doesnt work very well, especially in the car...... it's way too HOT out there......
