when i first looked at this watch, i had a sudden urge to want to drink BANDUNG (rose syrup with milk) .......

i did not....

aha...... dun worry! i didnt buy any watch at all..... inside was a gift from chopard.... they were kind enough to invite a group of ppl to view their latest range of watches and novelties at their new boutique.......

although this is not a genuine chopard-manufactured pen, it is still a very very nice touch.......

while at the boutique, i had the chance to play with the chopard pens on display....... the twist mechanism is oh-my oh-my creamie smoothieeee....... even better than my faber-castell pen..... but at a price of cos......

nevertheless thank you chopard......!

destined to loved for valentine's 09 and beyond, could this be the perfect couple's pen set??

in the long run, the tire threads might prove difficult to keep clean......... :)

in fact quite a few malaysian politicians are into horology and watches....

i have seen quite a few pics of Education Minister Hishamuddin and Khairy Jamaluddin wearing a panerai.....

nothing but black.....

ah so what's new..... another black watch, so my friend said........ it's almost becoming too predictable...... make it all black and declare it limited.... and viola! they expect everyone to rush to the shops to get one...????

obviously the DLC (diamond-like coating) is tough and attractive but too many black watches have diluted the appeal ......

i cant remember how many of these i have encountered recently......... way too many.....

it's bad when one is deemed the followers instead of being the trend-setter... sigh

plain and simple.....

i not too keen on dress watches..... cos they are usually too plain and too simple (in look)..... like this chopard luc.....

just fails to excite me in any way...... how about you?
