CCTVs are just cameras.... Nothing new or innovative...
And I wonder why they are reported as High-tech cameras....???
Guess what, they can be easily nullified with spray paint or even chilli sauce if criminals wanna hide their tracks......
Especially when they are mounted on low ceilings that these criminals have easy access to....
Well I guess in the end, they are better than nothing...
