Called the HSBC credit card customer service number....

First operator asked me a few questions to ascertain my ID ... Fine; I have no problem with that.... After that she had to refer me to a colleague for another matter....

Guess what? Another round of verification ..!!!

Hey I dun care what is your internal SOP but I have no wish to a answering machine..!!!

Damn...!
