one hit wonder....

during the "good" old days of high-high COE prices, stories of buyers who were "pressured" to top up where often heard...... now that the rolling good times are back, such incidents are creeping up ....

i can tell people feel let down when they knew that their dealer did not submit any bid for them for many weeks.......... well they surely did not realise that some dealers have a longggggggggg order list and they usually bid their time to secure COEs and deliver the cars .......

of cos there are dealers who are SO confident of themselves to think they can secure bids at one hit....... and when that does not happen, they tell you "so sorry" and ask the customer to top up....... SO EASY huh....

ever since day one, dealers have sold cars and COE as a package..... and many people are making good money from the "package" prices they are offering to customers.......... it's time to cut the bastard relationship.............

cars are cars.... COEs are COEs.....

at the end of the day, if we eliminate all dealers from the bidding process, the likelihood of getting sane COE prices is higher....................
