I thought the grade2 track was already known long ago when in 2008?I know about its a grade2 track then at 2008 during SGP and was told it was cos they wanted the night race to be a permanant thing.
one of the bid is a proposed class 1 track....
singapore would want to show off its night race in the 'nice' skyline...... so its kind of expected to have a grade2 track
