some people just do not think before they speak or write.... and very often when they get a warning, they deserve what they get.....
that's the rule of the game everywhere.... break the rules? face the music......
if another decides not to follow the rules over and over again..... then what else do they expect?......
when ppl has no respect for rules and regulations, they deserve to be hit..... so that they will wake up....
