well for no good reason, they would crawl and even STOP while on the slope ..... and to be exact, right in the middle of the ramp of HDB multi-story carparks...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
for WHAT???? if you are looking out for an empty lot, do it after u go all the way up and not stop near the END..!!!!!!!!!!!
these ppl should be put off the roads permanently....................
