i am surprised to read this.....
a "kind" person suggested the authorities implement a minimum of 12 strokes of the cane for dangerous driving.......
well i dun condone what this hit-and-run driver has done........ driving under suspension, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to render assistance to the victim and so on...... but he is going to jail for not a insignificant period of time........ and going to jail is no joke......
does the punishment fit the crime? i do not know..... but i dun think caning him 12 times on the butt is of any help........ and where does it end? a life for a life?????
what do you think? ........ i leave it to you to think of a colourful adjective......
