maybe it's time for the authorities to do something..... they shd make it a serious offence for drivers and passengers who refuse/omit to belt up...... so serious that drivers will get their licence suspended for at least A WEEK!!
that will wake everyone up.... and save lives .... many lives......
and yeah btw, where is mas selamat kastari ...??? is he still in singapore..????
