list price for rolex submariner 116613

even though the newly launched rolex submariner in gold and stainless steel has yet to arrive in singapore ....... it's good to know that the list price is S$14,256.... only slightly higher than the rolex gmt master 2 116713 (S$14,171)....

a likely scenario is the first few pieces might be selling at a small premium or very close to list price...... it's just my gut sense.... cos the AD that i talked to did not wanna commit ...

we'll see...

where did they come from...???

i know that they are everywhere but there's no easy way to deal with road hoggers..... in fact, there's nothing one can do to them which is why these ppl exist......

to me they are the lowest rung of road users..... worst of the lot.....

earlier in the afternoon, i was behind this van at the traffic lights...... and when the lights turned green, he took his own sweet time to move off and was so ridiculously slow.... so slow that it's worse then moving backwards haha........... incensed, i horned at the idiot and switched to the next lane.......

so when the worm managed to crawl up at the next traffic lights, i know he would do something.... sure enough he looked at me and applauded..... HA, so he's trying to be sarcastic..... so i returned the compliments with an action that i should not describe here......

damn, what a worm.....

ninja warriorrrrrrrr..... !!

those that have done their time in army know about the Standard Obstacle Course (SOC).... but not everyone enjoys having to go through SOC.......

maybe it's too tough or back then conscripts were doing something against their wishes......

when i watch ninja warrior on tv, every participant wants so much to conquer the course.... so what if SAF recruits get to participate in the ninja warrior singapore-style???

that at the very least should be 100% more entertaining than the boring SOC..... haha

and damn the road hoggers on the ECP this morning......

if one needs to maintain a distance of 3-4 car lengths in the fast lane in morning peak hour traffic, i suggest that the person stays off the road..... and just keep to the slower lanes.......

be considerate..... SIGH....

road hogging should be made as SERIOUS as speeding...... for it is just as dangerous ....

i think the official pictures from puma look better so i might as well be using theirs..... so far i have seen the gray/white, black/white, yellow/gray... and of cos the ferrari model in scarlet..... but i have never seen the green/black version up close.....

isnt it cool....???

however i am not going to get too many pairs of these...... one is good, two is great but never never three....

hmmmm i must have not made myself clear..... and my friend, who was confused, asked if i DID buy the puma lift racer..... he saw only the box that was shown a couple of posts earlier....

yes of cos i did..... but it wasnt the one in scarlet as there were none in size 7 that i could find..... therefore i just have to make do with the pair in gray/white...... which i think is just as nice but in a very different way.....

after wearing for half a day on tuesday, the fit was found to be excellent and comfort very good ........... i am glad i grabbed it.. which incidentally was the last pair of size 7 in the store...... not only the last for gray/white but also last pair for ALL available colours......i never thought that size 7 is THAT popular......

always the monaco....

i have always thought of the monaco as one of tag's most beautiful watches...... and even though i am not a big tag fan, i have always harboured a secret liking for the monaco...... and if you can remember this model, the monza too,,,,,,

but other than sharing a similar case shape, the LS has nothing in common with the monaco of old....... instead it is brash, loud and very modern.... which then makes it perfectly suitable for the modern city dweller.....

however the launch pictures alone do not tell the whole story.... it may prove to be a surprise when the real thing comes to the stores......
