NParks is fully justified in spending money to buy “good fordable bicycles” for their staff use... I have no issue with that
But no good fordable bicycles need to cost $2,200... EACH!!
So what if the purchase went through a proper procurement process....
One can walk into Giant or Carrefour to take a look and understand what is it all about.....
