When they started building they would try to be conservative....
Maybe they didn’t expect the demand to surge or they were hoping for the best.....
So a relatively new budget terminal has to be totally upgraded....
So a relatively new hospital needs to be expanded.....
TMD...!
Just build them bigger and better right from the start LAH....
If not whatever they build has to be made modular for easy conversion and expansion.....
