eyes shut


oh oh.... i am having a big problem keeping my eyes open at work this morning...........

really really struggling and i am missing my bed so much so much at the moment........ why is sleep during weekdays never enough?

so should i go jogging after work? or should i go back and catch a nap?

if i go home straight away i am quite sure i will end up sleeping ....... or maybe i need to force myself to jog right after work...........

yeah cos no exercise means that i cant start losing weight..........
