well i knew he was guilty of cheating customs by declaring a deflated value for the OMV and thus the GST for the cars he imported..... that's a fact anyway...
and it's so unlikely that he can cough up the money to pay the fine....... so off to jail he goes....
but then even if he has S$1.4 million, i dun think he will pay up......
100 weeks or S$1.4 million? what's your choice?
