and well to sack them costs alot of money too.......... retrenchment benefits or compensation package..??? in the end, the result is the same: pay up to sack the bugger....
so what is success and what is failure...... seems like patience is no longer a factor.... all the bosses want is success: instant success........... time needed to nurture and build is all but forgotton......
