i am very tired lately, especially in the early and late mornings.......... to counter that crappy feeling, i try my best go to bed earlier......
it does not seem to be working too well........ right now i just wanna jump onto bed and sleep my time away......... too bad i cant cos i gotta work.....
since it's midweek, it can only mean there are 2 more days before the weekend...!!... yeah, weekends are great for sleeping........... no alarms to disturb my precious sleep.....
never neglect to invest in a good mattress, pillow and quilt set ........... they play an important role in making up the right environment for a good sleep
