quick action

since saturday i was feeling some effects at the back of my throat...... a little itch and discomfort.......

so the threat is looming.... and i knew i was going to fall sick if i did nothing......

to stave off the unwanted trouble, i popped 2 panadols and had a good short nap after lunch.....

hopefully this will work to keep the flu or fever away....
