when i alighted from the car this afternoon, i saw a very FRESH and DEEP SCRATCH on the LEFT FRONT WHEEL...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and i knew WHO DID IT ---------> !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok ok the discovery surely made my afternoon very very miserable.... and being the impatient sort, i just have to visit the tyre shop immediately after work..... i cannot wait till saturday, not at all.....

the uncle who directed me into the shop was very kind ... at first he said i might have to leave the car there till monday ... but oh come on, how can i live without a car till monday???? so he offered a very new lancer GT 18 inch wheel as a replacement for mine during the repair.........which is a one-to-one swap for the alloy wheels........

so i was thinking i gotta use this GT wheel for a couple of days and he would just mount the tyre and put the wheel on the car.... but he didnt.... even though it's for 2 days, he put the wheel on the machine and had the freshly mounted wheel/tyre balanced...... very nice of him to do so without me asking.....

i'll let you know what happens when i get the evo x wheel back......... it's not going to be cheap but i hope it will look as good as new....

when the carbon piece is THAT big, there's no difficulty in spotting the rear diffusor on the aston martin dbs coupe........

damn, one could just salivate by looking at THAT piece of carbon magic......... this is by far the most beautiful aerodynamic body feature on any car i have seen from this close......

i have to qualify this statement though... as i have yet to get any closer to a ferrari or lamborghini.......

big brakes....

i was tempted many times to upgrade to a big-brake KIT....... especially when i see other cars that have them installed...... oh just like the honda accord in the picture

however made-in-japan brake kits are pretty expensive........ and i have other concerns e.g. suspension and brake lines to take care of before i could do the brakes....

hmmmm i just like the look of project mu .... as well as brembo, AP racing blah blah blah.........
