Instead of maintaining my schedule, I have stopped running since my fitness test 2 Fridays ago...
Right after the test, I felt OK but the very next day all the aches set in ... OUCH....
Even though it was a passing phase, I gave myself a longer break than usual.....
Well I know I should not be lazy but I have allowed myself to do so...
That’s very bad and I’d better pick things up quickly...
There is really no short cut to losing weight so I must wake up my idea!!
