too many crabs

On Friday I had black pepper crabs for dinner....

 

On Saturday I had clams with pasta for dinner....

 

On Sunday I had chilli and black pepper crabs for lunch....

 

Surely that’s overdose on seafood and cholesterol....!!!

 

So what else can I do..??? I just have to sweat everything off by running.....

 

Even though I know 5 km is not enough, that’s the furthest I can go at the moment......

 

If I can up the number of times I run every week, I’m sure I can keep everything in check.....

 

Now I have to keep going....
