slack and slack

During working days, I get to wake up on time in the morning and have breakfast before I start work.....

 

When it’s time for my lunch break, I will proceed and consume a small portion ...

 

Everything is planned and goes according to plan when I’m working....

 

But when it comes to my off days and weekends, things just turn haywire .....

 

Firstly I would always sleep late and wake up ever later .....

 

Breakfast is usually coffee and a cereal bar.... and that will last me until 3-4 pm when I have to look for a late late lunch......

 

A late late lunch means that my dinner will be delayed until...... until I’m hungry again.....

 

So maybe off days are not doing me any good in terms of healthy eating....
