Early strike
Recently I'd been watching my diet and also keep reminding my friends to do so.....
All along some must be thinking I am such a nag....
Until one of them is found to have high blood pressure and hypertension.....

if i were looking to buy a car, i may just stay away from bigger engines.......
for the record, there are 1.6 litre engines that can hit 200 hp so why should you pay more for road tax and insurance......
consider the fact that a mini cooper S JCW will give you 211 hp at a big premium..! and how about its french cousins?....... citroen @ 160 hp?, peugeot @ 200 hp for the RCZ manual........
so when is the japanese going to respond to this? for now, they have killed off the civic type R, going to kill the evo X and god knows what will happen to the STi.....
i cannot imagine...... OUCH...

to put things in perspective, the 2 power supply from kingrex are not exactly cheap and cheerful...... one is less than half the cost of a RR-77 while the higher end unit is more than $400 list price....
in the end, i decided to bite the bullet and opted for the PSU Mk2....
and WOW!! the extra juice and current woke up the sleeping giant.....
the RR-77 is now even more effective and obvious.....

Is MOM justified in spending approx $250,000 on designer ergonomic office chairs?
From what I know, ordinary office chairs around $200 are pretty ok in terms of comfort and posture ....
Too bad they usually do not last: castors break, arm-rest become loose, upholstery get discoloured etc.... Why? Cos there are chair-bullies !!!
Personal chairs usually fare better; those for general use e.g. Meeting rooms or shared by different groups / shifts will get KO in double quick time....
Maybe the MOM or other ministries should fine their staff if any of their chairs break from rough use...
I can't stand people who abuse office chairs.....!!

i remember knocking out at 2000 hrs and waking up at 0700 hrs this morning.....
in between, i opened my eyes at about 2330 hrs and also getting off to switch off the lights and TV at 0230 hrs......
surely it feels so wonderful to sleep and sleep for that 11 hours......... on the other hand, it's also quite a waste cos i did nothing else but sleep......

when i checked by BP in February, the reading was NOT GOOD......
so this month i did it again and to be triply-sure, i checked 3 times in succession.....
ok the readings are much better..... so either the machine was OUT or i was OUT.....

and as to how to do it, just look at the pictures and DIY.....
before you do anything, please standby a small flat-tip screwdriver and soft cloth....
you will find a NOTCH at one end of the controller.....
wrap the cloth over the bare metal tip, insert into the notch and gently pry open the cover..... never never use a bare tip or you may damage the soft plastic....
for the batteries, you can buy from DAISO at $2 a pair.... remember CR2032 when you pick it up at the store...
the rest is simple.....
replace the cover GENTLY...!!
