Ever since my injury I longer feel the same....
And even after a few months I could still feel the effects occasionally .....
That last time I went for a jog is about 2 weeks ago but somehow I managed to maintain a consistent pace this morning to beat the "to pass" time....
Other than the dreaded 2.4 km run, my injury also affected the shuttle run & standing jump ....
I think I am officially a damaged person....
