the form factor certainly makes sense......... i like products that have intuitive interface.....
as a PDA phone user, i kinda prefer to input text with the stylus..... nowadays i seldom use the slideout keyboard on my dopod 838 pro........ so i am not too sure if i will like this one.... time will tell

and move aside, iphone............ :)
